we have had auto insurance with sublimity for several years we had a broken windshield replaced on Monday, the 28th of April. The shop and my husband had to make 3 phone calls to sublimity on the afternoon – 4:15pm lasting past 6:pm Ut time- 3:15 pm past 5:pm Or time–of the 28th trying to get Sublimity to tell the shop when they would get paid. We were put on hold, told we could not get windshield paid for without a “nags” manual, and generally given the run around The shop was very upset and then charged an hour overtime for a man having to stay over an hour past closing we contacted our agent the next morning he said he contacted sublimity and they would pay We have spoken to Sublimity directly — they promised to handle promptly and get back to us. As of 10:pm Ut time Friday, the 22nd of May, no one has contacted us, the repair shop or our agent. The bill has not been paid. What type of ervice is this? We are elderly, on a fixed budget and it is our means of transportation. How ridiculous to have to wait for 4 days to get a windshield paid for. No calls and no service. I am contacting channel 2 Tv in Salt Lake to have this investigated. They may be able to get us help.
I apologize for anyone being treated like that. I have not been monitoring this site for some time and I no longer represent Sublimity Insurance because they are famous for not paying claims. I’m sorry about the situation and I hope you can find better resolution than the countless other horror stories about Sublimity I’ve heard.
